U.S. Air Force Major Paul “Max” Moga is an operational F-22A instructor pilot and the Air Combat Command F-22A demonstration pilot assigned to the 1st Operations Group, 1st Fighter Wing, Langley Air Force Base, Va. 

Major Moga graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1995 and later was a distinguished graduate of Joint Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas.  Major Moga completed Introduction to Fighter Fundamentals at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi and F-15C training at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla.  He has served operationally as an instructor pilot and flight commander and has logged more than 250 combat flying hours including supporting Operation Allied Force over the skies of the former Yugoslavia.

Major Moga was one of fifteen pilots accepted into the F-22A program’s initial instructor pilot cadre of the 43rd Fighter Squadron at Tyndall Air Force Base.  In 2006, he was selected to be Air Combat Command's first F-22A demonstration pilot and currently displays the unique maneuvers only this U.S. stealth fighter plane can perform at air shows and events across the globe.
